For NCU, this meant building a journey that introduces the institution, demonstrates value, and ultimately encourages enrollment once the audience understands why they should act. Paid search, Facebook, and programmatic display all played a role in creating this demand generation ecosystem.

Using preadmission call centers in Pittsburgh and Phoenix, qualified students could connect instantly with a rep to complete the application process, resulting in even more significant gains in application rates. Optimized individually but working together, these strategies grew application volume astronomically.
